Thank you for shopping with JC Dove Designs! Because each item is made to order, please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time All orders are made to order and typically require 4–6 business days to produce before shipping. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@doveshirts.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally, but we plan to expand to Canada and additional regions in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
